Schedule for Yoga Teacher Training 2017
Before completeing the Eka Loka Yoga Teacher Training Application, please review the schedule below to be sure you are able to meet attendance expectations. Upon applying, you will be asked to confirm your commitment on the application form.
The weekend teacher training schedule for summer 2017 is as follows:
June 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 23, 24, 25
July 7, 8, 9, 21, 22, 23
August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 25, 26, 27
Friday times are 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday times are 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and will run as 7 a.m.-9 a.m. (morning master yoga class), 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (afternoon session), 3 p.m.-7 p.m. (evening session). See YTT Syllabus for more details on topics covered per session.
Yoga Teacher Training is a time of deep inward focus and reflection, which requires commitment and dedication to your study and practice. Due to the condensed nature of this training, it is important for you to consider your personal time constraints before registering for teacher training. It is mandatory that you attend the first, last, and anatomy weekend (June 24-25) sessions to qualify for certification. We also understand that life happens and is sometimes out of our direct control. If for some reason you are unable to attend up to the equivalent of one weekend session (23 hours) for any reason, please notify the Program Director, April Tucker, as soon as possible to notify her of your situation so that make-up materials may be made available for you to receive credit for missing hours.
